Refund policy

 

Cancellation:

At SAMUKTA SAREES our goal is to send your order as quickly as possible; therefore, once your order is placed it cannot be cancelled or exchanged.

Exchange:

If you have received a defective or wrong product, it will be eligible for exchange . You can return it to us and the shipping charges including the reverse shipping charges will be given by us. Important note, Unboxing video should be sent to Whatsapp or drop a mail. If on opening the package you found it damaged or stained, in this case we require the unboxing video of the package to initiate the return request within 24 hours of receiving the order.

Returns

If you have received the product in a bad condition or if the package is tampered, please refuse to accept the package and mail us at  sale@samukta.com along with your order id. We will replace it with a fresh product at no additional cost.
